Cancellation policy

Subscription plans

FxAlchemist™ is sold as a subscription:

• Silver: billed every month
• Gold: billed every 3 months
• Platinum: billed every 12 months

Your subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it. We charge the payment method you used at checkout on the first day of each new term.

Renewal reminders

Before each renewal we send you a reminder by email: 35 days in advance for the Platinum Plan, 7 days in advance for the Silver and Gold Plans.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time before your next billing date. Send our support team an email to support@fxalchemist.com, a message on WhatsApp or a message on Telegram. What counts is the moment we receive your message. We confirm every cancellation by email.

What happens after cancelling

You can keep using the software until the end of the term you have already paid for. After that your subscription ends and no further payments are taken.

Refunds

Within 14 days of your first purchase you get a full refund under our money-back guarantee. Renewals are not refunded, so please cancel before the next billing date if you don't want your plan to continue. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we retry the payment. If it still fails, your subscription and license may be paused or cancelled.
