GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope
1.1 These terms apply to every contract between MJ TECHNOLOGY LTD, Archiepiskopou Makariou III 59, Mouyias Tower, 3rd floor, Office 301, 6017 Larnaca, Cyprus, company no. HE436483, VAT no. CY10436483B ("we", "us") and you as our customer, for the FxAlchemist™ software. The version valid on the day of your order applies.
1.2 Your own terms and conditions don't apply, even if we don't object to them.
1.3 You are a consumer if you buy mainly for private purposes. You are a business customer if you buy as part of your trade or self-employed profession.
2. The software
2.1 FxAlchemist™ is software that opens and manages trades on its own on MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5. To use it you need your own trading account with a broker, MT4 or MT5 running with a permanent internet connection (on your own device, on a server or with the server-free setup shown in our tutorials) and a leverage of 1:200.
2.2 Each purchase includes one license for one trading account. You can move it from a demo account to a live account as explained on our tutorial page.
2.3 When your license ends, the software stops opening new trades. It only keeps managing positions that are already open and may open hedging positions to protect them against adverse price movements.
3. No investment advice and risk
3.1 We don't give investment advice. Not on our website, in videos, calls, Telegram or WhatsApp groups, and not through the software.
3.2 We don't hold, move or trade your money or securities. We have no access to your broker or bank accounts. Your funds stay with your broker at all times.
3.3 Trading currencies is risky and can lead to large losses, up to your entire deposit. Exchange rates can't be predicted. Past results, including backtests and live track records, don't guarantee future results.
3.4 We built the software with care, but we can't guarantee that it always works correctly or makes a profit. You use it at your own risk and are responsible for your settings, your installation and any losses.
3.5 We work with partner brokers and service providers. If you sign up through one of our affiliate links, we receive a commission. We mark these links as advertising.
4. Plans, prices and payment
4.1 We offer three plans:
- Silver: billed every month
- Gold: billed every 3 months
- Platinum: billed every 12 months
The prices shown on our website at the time of your order apply. They include VAT where applicable.
4.2 Payment is due when you order, and for each renewal on the first day of the new term. We charge the payment method you used at checkout automatically. Payments are processed by Shopify and our subscription provider Loop.
4.3 If a payment fails, we retry the payment. If it still fails, your subscription and license may be paused or cancelled.
4.4 If we change the price of a running subscription, the new price only applies from your next term. We tell you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
5. Term, renewal and cancellation
5.1 Your subscription starts on the day of your order and runs for 1 month (Silver), 3 months (Gold) or 12 months (Platinum).
5.2 It renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel.
5.3 You can cancel at any time before your next billing date. Send our support team an email to support@fxalchemist.com, a Telegram or a WhatsApp message. What counts is the moment we receive it. We confirm every cancellation by email.
5.4 After cancelling, you can keep using the software until the end of the term you've paid for.
5.5 Before each renewal we send you a reminder by email: 35 days in advance for the Platinum Plan, 7 days in advance for the Silver and Gold Plans.
5.6 Either side can end the contract without notice for good cause. For us, good cause exists in particular if you use the software beyond your license (section 7) and don't stop after a warning, or if we stop offering the software.
6. 14-day money-back guarantee
6.1 If you're not happy, you get a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. Send an email to support@fxalchemist.com. You don't need to give a reason.
6.2 We refund to the payment method you used. The guarantee applies to your first purchase, not to renewals.
6.3 Your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal, are not affected.
7. License and use
7.1 While your subscription is active and paid, you have a simple, non-transferable right to use the software for one trading account. You may not grant sublicenses.
7.2 You may not pass on your access data or the software, sell, rent or lend it, make it publicly available, or change, decompile or reverse engineer it, unless we've agreed in writing.
7.3 Keep your passwords and access data confidential. Storing them in a password manager or sharing account details with your broker is fine.
7.4 If you break 7.2 or 7.3, your right of use ends and we may block your access without notice. You must then stop using the software.
8. Lifetime licenses bought before October 13, 2026
If you bought a lifetime license with a one-time payment before October 13, 2026, it stays valid under the terms that applied when you bought it.
9. Defects
9.1 During your term we keep the software in the condition described in section 2 and fix defects within a reasonable time.
9.2 Please tell us about a defect as soon as you notice it, by email to support@fxalchemist.com, Telegram or WhatsApp. Tell us when it happened and what exactly went wrong.
10. End of the contract and your data
When the contract ends, we block your access. We delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
11. Final provisions
11.1 The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply.
11.2 Place of performance is Larnaca. If you are a merchant or a legal entity under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Larnaca.
